If you cannot log-in with the information that was sent to you, you can:
- Click on the "forgot password" tab on the log-in screen in order for you to receive a new (temporary) password.
- If you continue to have issues, a TUO support team member can reset the username and password for you.
- You can send your request to the email address below. Please include the following information:
- In the SUBJECT line of your email, type in "Need Password Reset."
- Your First Name and Last Name.
- The name of your organization or team.
- If you are using a different email address, please provide the email address at which you received the original invitation to log-in.
