How to reset your password.

You, as a customer, have the ability to reset your username and password once you are logged into the system.

However, you will be unable to change your username and/or password if you are locked out of the system.  

  • If you have forgotten your password, you can hit the "forgot password" button in order for you to receive a new temporary password.

  • If you continue to have issues, a TUO support team member can reset the username and password for you.
