What is the status of my order?


Be aware that the majority of orders that are placed in any online store will be custom-produced once the online store has closed. This can often take 3-4 weeks (but varies for each store). If you know the name of the Dealer who set-up your online store (this information is provided on the Order Receipt you received via email when you placed your order), it is always best to contact them directly. If you cannot locate that information, we can reach out to them on your behalf. However, we will need the information below in order to assist you: 

  • First and Last Name of the person placing the order;
  • The Order Identification number on the Order Receipt you received.
