I want to cancel an item or change the size or color of an item in an order I just placed. How do I do that?

Generally we can make any edits to any order within 48 hours of when you placed the order. After that period it is likely your order is being processed and the chances of making the change(s) you request go down.  

You will need to provide us with the following information so we can assist you:

  • The Order Identification number that is included on the email Order Receipt you received.
  • The First and Last Name of the person placing the order.
  • The date you placed your order, and the amount of the order.

Send your change request directly to us and we will make the requested changes and send you a confirmation email Order Receipt of the changes:
