If you were given the option to add a name, number, or other “customized” application to an item you ordered, generally your requested change can ONLY be made within 48 hours of when you placed the order. Once the online store from which you ordered is closed, you will NOT be able to request such a change.
If it is still possible to change, the dedicated, online Customer Care team can assist you in modifying your order. This can ONLY be done once your payment has been successfully processed and settled.
- If the change is a NAME CHANGE:
Send a copy of your Order Identification number (sent via email Order Receipt you received when placing your order), the First Name and Last Name of the person who placed the order, and the EXACT, corrected spelling of the NAME you want applied, to our dedicated Customer Care team (see below).
- If the change is a NUMBER CHANGE:
Often numbers are pre-assigned by the administrator or coach of your organization. Be aware that in most cases we have no control over pre-assigned numbers. You should contact a representative of your team or organization to request such a change. If a NUMBER change was optional in the store (you chose the number) and you would like to make any change, please send us theOrder Identification number (sent via email Order Receipt you received when placing your order), the First Name and Last Name of the person who placed the order, along with the exact, corrected NUMBER you want applied, to the dedicated, online Customer Care team.
