To be clear, generally your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED after your dealer has put your order into production. This is especially true for items that are “customized” (name or number applied, by example). Your order can be cancelled if it has not yet been processed, but you must provide the following information:
- Order ID (this is the unique number that is at the top of your Order Receipt you received via email).
- Full Name of the Player or Person for whom the order was placed.
- Full Name of the Person listed on the credit card.
