I haven't placed my order, but the store is closed. What do I do?

First, attempt to contact the person from whom you received the original online store information. Request their permission to “re-open” the store for you.  This is not something that can easily be done each time as, more often than not, once a store is closed that means the items are being processed and fulfilled and your opportunity to place an order has passed.  If you cannot locate the person mentioned, please forward your request to place an order after a store is closed to our dedicated, online Customer Care team. You will need to provide the Name of the online store, along with the URL (web address) of the store.
