I haven't placed my order, but the store is closed. What do I do?

First, attempt to contact the person from whom you received the original online store information. Request their permission to “re-open” the store for you.  This is not something that can easily be done each time as, more often than not, once a store is closed that means the items are being processed and fulfilled.  If you cannot locate the person mentioned, please forward your request to place an order after a store is closed to our dedicated, online Customer Care team at:
